Your coaching programme is designed to suit you!

Business Coaching:

I meet with you initially as the business leader to understand your business objectives and what you want to achieve. I would then recommend appropriate one to one or team based coaching.   Once you have confirmed the approach meets your needs I would meet with individuals concerned to identify personal coaching objectives. The coaching relationship relies on confidentiality so conversations with members of your team remain confidential at all times.  However we would agree joint objectives at the outset of the programme and regularly share progress in 3 way meetings.

In house coaching programmes tailored to meet your specific operational and business requirements.

Fees for one to one executive coaching vary depending on nature and duration of coaching required.  Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements.

Fees for team based coaching programmes start from £50 per participant per session. 
In house training events from £400 per day.

Personal Life Coaching and Career Performance Coaching

During the initial session I work with you to understand what you want to achieve and outline some strategies for moving forwards. This is a free no obligation discussion to ensure we both feel it would be productive working together. 

Sessions typically last 1 hour and can be face to face for people in Tyne and Wear or Northumberland areas. You may prefer the convenience of telephone coaching where you can schedule sessions in a convenient slot in the working day or in the evening with out having to travel. I have worked successfully in this way with a number of clients.

Once you are happy that coaching is for you we will agree a contract and book a programme of sessions. Usually 4- 6 sessions makes sense to begin with although you can book single sessions as you go if you prefer.

You will guide each session.  You set out what you want to work on.  Obviously, I will make suggestions as to how we move forwards and follow up with you on previous work, progress and assignments.  However you remain in control at all times and set the pace and direction.

Fees for Telephone Coaching from £30 (when booking 5 or more sessions)
Face to face coaching from £50 (when booking 5 or more sessions).
