About Me
I am passionate about helping others achieve success and satisfaction
in their personal and professional lives. I believe we are all happier,
more satisfied and successful when we are true to ourselves and major
on our talents. In my professional life I have held a number
of senior leadership positions for Procter and Gamble and IBM. These
include:
- Leading HR for Procter and Gamble during the start up of a European
Customer Service Centre.
- Leading a cross European culture change programme to create high
performance teams in 8 Customer Service operations.
- Leading Relocation and Expatriate Services for IBM in the Europe region
managing a multi-national team.
- Leading design and delivery of executive training for Procter and & Gamble
in the UK.
In each of these assignments I would enable others to achieve their
best. The coaching process can work for your goals too.
In my personal
life I have worked hard on defining what satisfaction and success means
to me. Having spent nearly 20 years in a multinational corporate environment
I discovered what it takes to combine work with the challenges of creating
a happy and stimulating home with my husband and children. As a family
we have relocated 3 times, renovated and sold numerous houses and created
two successful businesses.
